How to Book a Program

Step 1: Choose the date you want.

It is best to plan on a back-up date in case the date you want is already booked.

Step 2: Determine how many days you will need.

Full-day programs consist of 3-4 presentations and half-day programs consist of 1-2 presentations.

Half-days are considered either from the time school starts until lunch time, OR from after lunch until the end of the school day.

Check Travel to find the minimum full day bookings required based on your distance from either Knoxville, or Nashville, Tennessee depending on the available performer's location. The bookings can be split among other schools. They can be at different schools; and they can even be in different districts, as long as we can get there and set up during lunchtime.

We can handle groups as large as 150 kids at a time if we are on the same level (example: gym floor, library, etc.). If we are on a stage or risers (or if the kids are in tiered seating such as bleachers) then we can handle as many as 500 students at a time. Of course, the smaller the group, the better since these programs can be tailored to the specific ages of the children.

Step 3: Determine Program Costs and Travel Expenses.

Step 4: Contact me via phone or e-mail and reserve your date.

No deposit is required. we'll get your teacher packets and promotional posters in the mail as soon as you call.
