Program Costs

Both full-day programs (3-4 presentations) and half-day programs (1-2 presentations) are available. These programs can be at different schools and they can even be in different districts if the locations are close enough. Our performers must be able to travel between schools and set up during the lunch break. If two schools split a full day, each school will be billed separately for 1/2 of the full day fee, a $100 savings for each school.

Half-days are considered either from the time school starts until lunch time, OR from after lunch until the end of the school day.

A minimum number of consecutive days bookings may be required based on your distance from the available performer's location in Tennessee. Call (865) 988-7887 for pricing and number of days required. See "Travel" for mileage fees - and how they can be waived. Minimum bookings are listed below:

If you are more than 75 miles but not more than 100 miles from the performer's location, we need a minimum of a full-day booking.

If you are more than 100 miles but not more than 175 miles from the performer's location, we need a minimum of 2 consecutive full days of bookings.

If you are more than 175 miles but not more than 250 miles from the performer's location, we need a minimum of 3 consecutive full days of bookings.

If you are more than 250 miles from the performer's location we need a minimum of 4 consecutive full days of bookings .

SUMMER LIBRARY PROGRAMS

All our Summer Library Programs are informative, engaging, and lots of fun; and they always encourage the kids to READ! Summer Library Programs are priced by presentation, with additional presentations at the same location, same show, back-to-back costing $100 less than the first presentation.
