Travel expenses are based on distance traveled from Knoxville, Tennessee. 

Travel expenses listed below include cost of mileage, food, and lodging. There is no charge for travel when the combined booking is at least 1 full day more than the minimum listed below:

Travel Distance in miles:    

Up to 50 miles - no travel charge and 1/2 day minimum booking required
51+  miles – $1.00/mile one-way plus minimum bookings for that area  

Minimum number of bookings:

  75-100 miles                                            1 full day or 2 half-days

 101-175 miles                                           2 full days or 3-4 half-days

 176 to 250 miles                                       3 full days  or 5-6 half days                           

 251 + miles                                              call for quote  

 Many clients never pay travel fees.  We don’t like charging them.  However, if we didn’t implement some sort of plan we might be spending all our time driving and less of it in the classroom making a difference in the lives of children. The more time we spend in the classroom motivating and educating children and the less time we spend driving, the happier we are. That is why we waive travel charges when enough programs are scheduled consecutively in the same area.  Travel fees are waived when one extra day (2 half-day) programs above the minimum required days are booked.
